the headers wont fit, but for the piping you prolly just need minor adjustments, relocate hangers, maybe add or remove some piping, nothing a muffler shop cant do

The Axle back will bolt right on but it will be too short.. U'd need to extend the tip and relocate the hanger possibly.

 

It doesn't bolt right on. The flange on the RSXS axleback is bigger. At least that's how it is on my 05 exhaust. Might be different on the 02-04, but I doubt it. And yes. the tip needs to be extended. I forgot how much..

i hated the sound of the RSX Type S muffler on my car, even with a stock resonator it sounded like sh!t, if your just going for the look and a mild exhaust note, just invest and get the A'Pexi WS2, its not loud, it looks great, and you'll see some mild gains.
