What mounts are you using? I wanted to get the Hasport mounts but their kit only comes with three of the four mounts. I think Adam said he used Hasport side and rear mounts and ordered a Innovative front mount...Too pricey for me doing it that way. I got my mounts for $420, Just have to take car of some paypal/online banking problems tomorrow.
Your doing the full K20a3 swap or what? |

I got my Hasport mounts for $300. And that is actually what kicked me into going K was finding these mounts at that price. Going to be using the OEM RSX front mount.
But yeah doing the whole swap from a Base RSX with race header and Type S exhaust.

alright here's what has been taken care of on day one:
removed tint from rear quarter windows and rear window to pass state inspection, i was at 14% tint and NC only 35%. took it back up to inspection station, and passed so im good for another year. since i have to wait a few days (maybe a week) to get my new plate sticker, my daughter is due in less than a week so i wont be driving it around afterwards, but i decided to just get started on the swap now. after starting disassembly: Removed Head lights, Bumper cover, front frame brace, engine harness removed, intake removed, coolant drained, battery tray and battery removed, belts removed, starter removed, power steering pump removed from block, alternator removed from block, shift cables removed, fuel line removed from fuel rail, and a couple other little things. tomorrow i will work on removing the entire exhaust, intake manifold, head, and might even get to pulling the block and trans out. got alot done in 2 hours today, and getting a head start is good. here are some pictures from today ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() and some more pictures of the new stuff=] ![]() ![]()

Good shit rob, can u snip off the knock sensor connector, and iat and send me those if your going to use a different IAT on the k? As well as 2 ecu pins with a little bit of wire on the ends? I'll send you some money's.

I officially hate you .....
I'm guessing you got your Hasports used for 300? My front motor mount was broke and the person put Energy Suspension inserts in it...as if that's going to help a whole lot :/ How much did you pay for the a3 swap? Are you leaving it a a3 or what? Good luck with the build |
