i have a 2002 civic auto tht i converted to 6 speed rsx type-s everything is wired up but the shop is tell me the ecu is gettin no power. can anybody help me with this problem.
k20 swap wired up but ecu not gettin power

They did ground the two wires. They installed the sub harness to plug up to the ecu.
If u can u still show me them pics might help. But i know for sure that they did tht.

if they did it then the key wouldnt get stuck

Key lock and clutch switch are two different wires.

You are running kpro right? Or are you trying to run a rsx stock ecu?

Theres ur problem man kpro would have saved u a ton of trouble....another thing maybe that engine harness is not good....a guy on k20 bought an engine harness but the seller gave him the auto base harness instead

wouldnt ecu still get power. because harness from dash plugs into ecu. i would also want to know what conversion harness did he get

thats why im thinking its either the ecu is fried, problem with wiring they did on harness or immobilizer, or the key/clutch grounding.

ok huys got somw goods news today... they called me and told me the motor fired up. The problem was that hasport wired up my harness weird. they move the power wire so when they plugged up the sub harness the pin was missing so the ecu was getting no power. so im good to go now.

ok good news motor fires up but when you rev the motor it dies out. they are still trouble shooting the problem. Hasport re wired my motor harness for a manual swap not for a auto to manual so some pins in the harnes dont plug into anything. so they are gonna try and get a un touched rsx motor harness.
