Tire Size Question

Can I fit a 205/45/15 tire on a stock 15" rim with stock suspension?

I want the widest tire I can get without having rubbing issues. I plan on lowering the car but that's down the road a lil bit.

Thanks for your input

Yes, 205's will fit easily on the stock rims without any rubbing issues. 205's are about as wide as you can go for stock rims, 215's (95% sure) would be too wide for the stock wheels.

You might wanna consider a 205/50/15 size tire unless you just want the 45 profile

215's won't rub against anything on the car (axle wise) but you'd need wider rims to make'em fit.

I've had both 205's & 215's on my car with stock suspension & with coilovers (lowered around 2") & never had a rubbing issue.
