I understand I have to drill four holes in the subframe. The bottom two holes have nut-serts for the bolts, but what about the top ones? What is to keep the bolts in the holes that don't have the nut-serts. ThanksWhat do you need help with? I have the adapter kit on my Lx
Ah ha, I knew I was missing something in the instructions lol. Thanks man, I appreciate the help. It's much easier to talk to someone who has actually done this beforeThe top 2 holes get the nutserts because you can't get to the back of them. The bottom 2 holes don't need nutserts because you can use a regular nut to secure it.

The only other part for the rear shock is the mount which you can re use.I am in the process of upgrading my shocks to Tokicos due to a blown rear shock. My current struts and shocks have about 84,000 miles to them. What parts on the old suspension can I re-use and what parts of the old setup should I replace?
That's for the front, no bearings in the rear. The front mounts are more likely to wear out, the backs should be fine.I heard on a different site it's recommended to replace the upper mounts and bearings?
Either mount would be good but for the rear you really shouldn't need new ones. And also that KYB is the manufacturer of our stock suspension. Would it be a wise decision to get those mounts as opposed to a 'genuine' honda part?
Yes. Or SPC.Go with Ingalls.
If you're getting vibrations with the a/c on, I'd check your engine/tranny mounts.Has anyone been able to compare the difference between having ES polys inserted in the rear mounts vs ES polys inserted in both front AND rear?
I've only had the rears installed - long story - and I'm wondering if having the front installed in addition would make the vibrations any better or worse. This is particularly a concern when the AC is on.
Thanks All
Quick update? So I finally got the front ES engine mount installed and in doing so realized my side mount needed to be replaced. I discovered that side mount was actually the one making a lot of noise, particularly when I'm goin past 4000rpms. At times, my hood still rattles from the engine vibration, but I'm confident that after I throw some dynamat and a hood-liner under there, all will be good.If you're getting vibrations with the a/c on, I'd check your engine/tranny mounts.Has anyone been able to compare the difference between having ES polys inserted in the rear mounts vs ES polys inserted in both front AND rear?

The short answer is yes.Hi everyone! I'm new her and I have some questions. I bought some sleeved coilovers (DNA Motoring) with Kensei stock shock and they bounce all over the place. Any help to improve ride quality? Should I return to stock coils? Thanks in advance.
