The vehicle is a 2001 Civic LX.
I replaced the converter and O2 sensors because the factory converter had a broken weld on the #4 primary.
The car never had a PO420 code until I replaced the converter and O2 sensors.
The code shows up every other day and I reset it with my code reader.
What is wrong with my car and how do I repair it?

Hi! If you replaced 2nd sensor and got "check engine" so seems your car needs right analogue or original sensor.
The data transmitted by the sensor seems most of all incorrect -- you got PO420.
You need to find the OEM number of the sensor and select a proven analogue.

But maybe there is a real problem with your catalyst.
