Picked up a new shift boot from redlinegoods.com. Its black faux alcantara with beige stitching. And I ordered it an inch shorter than stock. It looks "fluffy" in the pics, buts its better in person.

cool, looks really good man. i just ordered mine mid last week from the same place and it should be in any day now. i got the black leather w/ red stitching though. i also ordered the same shift knob you have. checked the tracking number this a lil while ago and they delivered it this morning woot! now i know what my boot/knob will look like, looks pimp! They do, i just bought mine black with red stitching last week. should be in my mailbox when i get home today.

that ring was on my stock boot. The boot actually attaches onto it with a wire tie. you should have it.
