So, this is my very first post... Nice.

The primary issue that I have going on with the Classic,(yes, that is what I named my 2001 Civic EX coupe) is my dying clutch. If possible, I would like to know the benefits of a lightweight flywheel, and a good-for-the-price clutch. I'm not a Honda scholar with 20+ years in the field, but I know my way inside and out of every nook and cranny of my car.

Thanks.

By the way, I am approaching the 100k mark (how exciting).

I'm going through and checking any major repairs that might need to be done at this point.

What are your plans with the car if it is stock with no real plans to mod either use a stock clutch or a exedy organic stage one which a a nice upgrade with a little stiffer pedal. Leave the stock flywheel unless you plan to heavily mod the car.

Keep in mind, I learned on this clutch, and the person that had it before learned on the same clutch, and one more before him. And, that guy bought it from a dealership from Florida, so who knows what went on there...
All on the same original clutch.
