i was planning for the conversion and i am sure of the below

you need :-
05 L-R fenders
05 F-R bumpers
05 front grill (sedan or coupe honeycomb)
05 L-R headlights
L-R headlight stay -brackets-(steel bar frame under the headlight for the bumper to clip into)

L-R fender clip (near the front part of the fender for the bumper to attach to, color black)

L-R fender liner- optional


You just need to modify the part where the fender attach to on the engine bay coz the 05 is much farther up than the 01 (around 4 bolts) aside from that nothing else to modify.

also yu need to rewire the front head lights to work from 1 bulb -h4- to be seprate bulbs for low and high beams.
