pain in the ass to do them in a home garage, but possible. if you don't have a press, prepare to spend some time with a hacksaw or sawzall to cut out the old ones. i had to cut a 1/4 inch chunk of sleeve out to make room to knock them out with a hammer and chisel. doable, but not a cakewalk.

how'd u get the ES bushings in? big hammer?

deff cutting the bushing witha sawzall like he did would help a lot. I didnt do that and its hard to chisel out the old bushing.
