Are camber bolts the only option for front camber adjustment?

I've heard they can run out if you run the car hard so you need to get alignments often.

No but they are the most inexpensive. The thing about front camber bolts is they will only correct a degree or so of camber. I did not install mine because if you car isn't extremely low it is not necessary. I know this because I have had several alignments. Your second option is upper pillow ball mounts that are an option on full coilover systems. These mounts allow you to adjust camber from the strut tower.

since this threads topic is camber bolts, let me ask a question,

Do you really need the camber bolts to adjust the front wheel alignments, because my aligner usually aligns my camber by either tightening one of the strut bolts to a certain degree.

can anyone clarify this for me?

theres camber bolts and camber plates. what do you mean by run out? they can slip just like the oem bolts can but they give you around 2 degrees of adjustability. oem bolts have about one degree of adjustability. you can always use 4 bolts to get more negative camber

Where can I get camber plates?
Hotchkis made some for the RSX, but I am not sure if they still do.

If you have stock or koni, then Ksport, ground control or Kmac are your only options. GCs are a PITA to adjust because they adjust underneath. Ksports are ok, but some people say they are kinda cheap, but for $175, they aren't a bad deal. Kmacs are balla and give you caster adjustment.

If you have teins, then they have a set too, but must be modded to fit with other suspensions.

First you have to tell us what suspension you have already. Also, if you get a set of camber plates, you can swap them from left to right to gain more caster, but you often lose some minor camber adjustment.

i honestly would recomend the ksports if you only care about getting that extra caster. i maxed out the caster (switched sides like rob said) and got 4.5 degrees on each side. but theres now no camber adjustment. and you have to remove the struts to adjust caster and camber anyways, which really sucks. Not to mention you cant fine tune the setting like on the teins. none the less, i can actually feel the extra caster lol
i would say spend the extra cash on the kmacs, i wish i would have! also depending on your ride height and how much camber your trying to run, you may end having to run more toe-in i belive

The downside of most camber caster plates is that if you max out one, you lose the other. The design on the kmacs helps to eliminate that.

To increase caster without using the plates, you can get superpro bushings that shift the front LCA forward to increase caster.

So everyone is saying go with kmacs?

How/where do I get them, and it looks like there are stages? Which level would be the one to go with?

The setup so far is tokico blues, on tokico springs, progress sways, blox links, m-factory rear camber kit, omni power rear lca.

Your parts make no sense. You are going to throw on $300+ set of kmacs with tokico blues and tokico springs? That is just a waste. If you are just setting your car up for daily driving then stick with camber bolts and torque them down really tight. End of story. You will not run out of toe with camber bolts. No need to go with kmacs if you aren't racing. And all the parts we have been giving you are for the rsx and civic.

Plus the rear LCAs are useless parts and don't do anything. Then you are going to throw a 27mm front sway bar on a car that really doesn't need a front sway bar that large.

You need to think over what you are buying and for what reason. If you aren't tuning for racing, then keep it simple.
