used some 3m tape I had laying around to keep it in place
they ran out of 7 inch tach's 2 slap on the dash so this had 2 do... stealth

So I had to take mine off for some repair and paint work and in the meantime I'm rocking the custom "Huskey" shift knob. had to post pics of this cause I was ROFLOL when I first put it in, but hey it actually works, Thank god it's only for 1 day.

I was driving the car today and i went to shift and my shifter was just moving in mid air. I pulled the console off to find this:
The rubber piece had popped out and when i shift from 1st to 2nd the piece pops out. The only way to shift it it to hold that in place and then shift. Has anyone...
For my honda civic 2002 lx coupe, i want to remove the stock knob and put something better looking. went to the acura dealership the other day looking for the 5 speed rsx shifter, that turned out to be $80! lol.. i guess I dont know about knobs.

I took off the stock one, put this one on, and then I couldn't take the key out. I think it isn't going into park enough. I'm confused. How do I fix this?

I like the way the Type R shift boot looks, but I'm going with a black/silver theme, so I'd like to find a shift boot that's black with silver stitching...anyone know where I may find one? I've been Googling and eBaying for a half hour and am coming up short, lol.
