actually i have one

if theres a rash forming @ the bottom of my penis, should I consult a dermatologist or the emergency room? is there some sort of cream I can use in the mean time?

I sent him a steering wheel and it left NY 4 days ago, and there is no more tracking after that.. what should he do?

You can try some sort of Vitamin E cream, like Hydrocortizone 1% or Neosporin... try that out for a couple of days to see if it healed at all. If not that i would contact a Dermatologist.
