Some buddies and I worked on this all day yesterday and it turned out GREAT!!! Key to doing this project your PREP work! Enjoy!

Here are some befor shots:

Then I gutted the car:

Cleaning the panels I used a fine grit brillo pad and a product called Final Sand. Now the brillo pad does most of the work but the Final Sand gets into the cracks of the interior and removes any armoral and greese. I Set up the panels on a stand and hosed them down. Then put some Final Sand on my brillo pad and wend to work, sorry only 2 pics!

Set everything out in the sun to dry, but got all the standing water off to prevent spots:

Once dry we taped everything off that we didnt want to dye and set everything up on stands. All the little pieces we taped down so they wouldnt roll around while being sprayed.

After we got everything in place we wiped everything down with a Water Based Pre Clean:

Then we sprayed everything with SEM Plastic Adhesion Promoter which is like a primer for vinyl:

Then started spraying SEM black Color Coat:

Then just set back and let everything dry:

Untape everything and put it back in the car:

As you can see it still has its factory look:

I still need to get my carpet and back seats done. But i love the new Black interior it looks so good with the red and the Taffy white exterior!
