Going Into court tomorrow to try and fight this bs speeding ticket i got. The story is i was coming home from work and in a 35mph zone, i set my Cruise Control to just around 38-40mph. i then got pulled over and the cop said i was going 50mph so im facing a huge fine and because VA sucks so much ass i might get my license taken away for 2 years so wish me luck and hopefully i can beat this bull

Not sure how it is up there, but most jurisdictions require that the officer show you the radar.

I'm no expert on this, but maybe bring it up in court?
Also maybe ask when it was last calibrated.

Well surprise surprise i lost. The fucking system they have in place in VA is complete bull shit, all she had to do is come in and say i did it and boom she won -.- its basically i have to somehow prove her wrong with multiple people coming in saying they where in the car and he wasn't speeding which basically means im guilty until i somehow prove that im innocent. The judge said and i quote "shes saying you where in the line of the beam and then she clocked you doing 50 and this is enough evidence to prove that your guilty. Fuck VA if you live here better make sure u dont come across any cops cause they will fuck you

Unfortunately when it come to being hit with a radar speeding ticket there really is no fighting it. Not sure about your state, but in ours you can ask for the calibration date and such. That usually never helps any. The ones you can fight are pace not radar. Next time try to bring in more than just your word. In cali tickets are a 3.5+ billion dollar a year revenue for our lovely state, so they hand them out often and defend the cops word more than yours. You need to bring in data pics images proof whatever if you are going to even have a chance and that still may not work. Sucks to hear I have been there many times over lol.

Wow, that really blows, so what was the punishment?

I almost got a speeding ticket in my home town, trying to beat the light,
saved myself a point on my driving record by talking the officer down from a moving violation, to a CVC violation. $250 fine, but no point.
