LOL... no answers.

well, let me add my self to the list.

I turn the wheel and i hear a loud thump, I've been told that its the bushing with the grease. And if i don't replace it or tighten it really tight, it will get really ugly.

Forgot to update and take pics, ugh. But anyways, I changed the front motor mount and there is still some clunking going on. Not as bad, but it's all there. And on another note, I have a belt going out now. The day after I changed the motor mount. lol.

funny i came across this thread...i have the same problem. i hear the clunking/popping sound when i turn or when going up or down a slope.

i think my friend mentioned his car did the same thing when his motor mounts went bad but i just also replaced my front one which the sound isn't as loud at the moment but it's still there.

my friend replaced it for me.....i believe i bought my front engine mount around $50-60. can't remember exactly but it wasn't too bad.

i personally didn't do it myself...but it took my friend around 30-45 min. so i guess it just depend on your skill lvl.

yea i have the same issue i think that the cause of this is the tie rod and the upper struts, how the grease n the ball joint came out that is causing all this to happened. like i'll go though the dip or small bump on the rod i'll have a big bang. however i think that our year mods does have a lot issue to deal with.
