Depending what stock wheels you got. My stock size is 15x6, 45mm for the 01+ Si wheels.

So I guess my next question... to avoid wheels that require camber whats the lowest offset I can have?

that is pretty much the lowest you can have +45 you dont need anything higher. you will be fine

That depends on width and fender roll. I'd say 30 offset on a x8.
