take a look into a book called the 17 day diet. I started it about a week into the new year. after the 2nd cycle (each cycle is 17 days) I was already down from 280 to 255 (for those not so good at math that's 25lbs in 34 days, and no I'm not some obese person who can lose weight simply by going on a daily walk). all that with out the gym or exercise.
FYI the paleo diet is really a joke and most people who know about real nutrition (not the jokes on tv or the trainers in gyms who have a degree/certification but get paid to tell people try this diet or that one instead of what they know to be right) and how to deal with the cravings our body can develop will tell you the same. Just thought I'd share before you get to suckered in by the most recent fad diet. The crossfit stuff on the other hand is pretty good for the entire body and my hats off to you, I haven't gotten up the courage to start into a workout routine yet, let alone one that demanding (the us military just recently released their latest grunt training guide and even they have mostly changed over to crossfit style training - no more drop and give me 20 fitness bs) good luck with it all and keep up the good work |
