Just installed sum blue suade (from dca garage) 3m +77 spray adhesive and my mcdonalds gift card to tuck the fabric in.. it looks way better than the dirty old inserts that were there before.. thanks everyone for postin helpful tips..

Ironically, I found the same fabric before I found this thread. I had a problem fitting the edges in, but the blunt side of a butter knife worked just fine. However, every once in a while I could make out a bit of white stuffing showing in the crease. To cover it up (and add a bit of color) I decided to take some 1/4" red ribbon, fold it in half permanently with some Fabri-Tac and slide it in the crease. Every 3" or so I would add a very small amount of Fabri-Tac to keep the ribbon in place. Make sure the smooth side of the ribbon is facing out or it'll look like doo doo.

Here are some pictures of the process from finished insert to finished trim (had to use my cell phone camera, so it isn't amazing quality)
