for wiring i am not sure Meng but to pull it , i had a hrd time also
what you need to do is ..loose the nut and keep it attached with 1 or 2 threads(so it will not come out to hit your face ..lol) then try to hit it from behind with your palm all around it will get off easily.

keep the nut attached- do not remove it - coz it almost smashed my face

yes loosen the 19mm nut but dont remove it completely. Then just grab the wheel and pull with all your might. It does take a lot of force to loosen the wheel.

so all my might was not enough, rented a wheel puller ($60 from o'reilly's) and it took 10 seconds, here's what one looks like

there are threaded holes where these gold bolts screw in, and the center black blot is used to put the 'pulling' pressure against the center shaft assembly

yielding

corsport redh + used ep3 wheel =

would love to go tan to blk one day, maybe a pair of ep3 seats too. dream big kids!!

i guess for now i'll just update my avatar

Tried doing my ep3 wheel today but..

As i began the process of removing my stock wheel i came across this...

2 wires red/yellow going into the airbag

i have an 05 so maybe the newer 7gen had an extra red wire going into the airbag?
Anyone else who did this install run into this?

Heres a pic behind the ep3 airbag

Any tips on doing this? I also ran into the single-stage bag (JDM Momo), so any tips?
Thanks in advance

What if we had the full plug(one with 3 clips) from the EP3, could we just swap that in order to avoid altering the cruise control clip?
