Best way to go about it is to go to Fry's and grab like a new $30 deck.

Looking at the HON20, it's an output only device.
You would have no ability to plug in any external MP3 devices, including iPhone.
You would require a Honda AUX input adapter for iPod.

your not going to be able to hook everything up to the stock deck Just spend the $30 on a single den and everything will work fine

$40 with a removable face plate.

Depending on where in the bay you area, you could head to street beat in hayward, and grab a viper alarm system for $40 as well.

Think I found something that might work..PAC hon20 for the amp and a audiovox fm100 for the aux..I liv in hunters point in sf so there is a high chance it's gonna get broken to but if it looks stock they might not mess with it..

You could buy an eq with an aux input and hide it in your glove box.

Are your rear speakers amp'ed?

This is how the HON20 adapter works
Factory Stereo -> HON20 -> Stock harness
Aftermarket amplifier ˨˩
Speakers ˨˩

So any speaker hooked up to the amp will be powered.
Although, it uses the stock harness, so if they aren't amp'ed they should work too; but wont be amplified.

In all honesty, I would just spend the money on a deck with a removable faceplate.
Most thieves wont break into a car that has the faceplate removed.
