Default po135 code error

hello,
i just changed my o2 sensor bcoz i was having 2 error codes po135 and po132, with the new sensor i still have po135

I check the o2 sensor plug, i got 16 ohms across the terminalls
i also checked the wires from ecu to the o2 sensor and got 14 volts when the car is on.

135 code i believe is for the heater circuit. Depending on the kind of o2 sensor you installed the resistance may not be correct. If the light comes on immediately this is most likely the case. I have seen this problem many times with the aftermarket accord sensors. Every time I have replaced them with a dealer sensor it solved the problem.
