As long as you think the miles on the chassis are good and have the time for the swap, I'd say do it unless you think you can find a more reliable and better car.

It's all up to what you want and what you need.

If you keep the em2:
Power / keeping the car for a long time : K-swap.
Save gas / save money: go with another D-swap.

If you go with another car:
Em2 sits forever. (Junk yard or part out).
Re-learn everything about the new used car.
No longer with 7thgen.
Spend more money to make the new used car look nice.

Well my em2 has 141,000, so not too bad.

You can save gas with K's as well, they're not gas guzzlers.
