New Rims, Will Tires Fit Without Rubbing

Yes I have done a search and can't seem to find anything. I have purchased a 2005 Civic (Canadian) Special Edition. It is just a base model with air conditioning. I have purchased 2005 Si rims for it, I believe they are called "fat fives". The worn out tires on these rims are 195/60R15. I want to have as smooth a ride as possible over the bumps around here without having the tires rub. Can I put 195/65R15 on these rims without rubbing?

use 205/50/15.

I want to have as much sidewall as possible not less.

205/60/15 will fit fine, so 195/65/15 should work too, they are only around a 1/4" taller.
