gt30s can be fitted up to a t25 fitting.

Sure they can but you'd still be havering to do some more modifications, removing rad support between the 2 fans maybe even getting slim rad fans and prob more. Basically I'm saying as for space there is not much to work with there unless u want to mod more stuff..

yeah but in his case he does not need anything bigger than a gt28. i stick with my suggestion of picking up a saab td04hl-15g or a td04l-14t or a volvo hl turbo. more than enough to break 250.

Regardless he's be spending more on fab and modding one of them than just getting a gt28 and I mean he could go smaller like a gt25 and would be fine too up to him though

What modding would need to be done... it should bolt up no different than any garret. infact the saab ones are clocked perfectly for this setup.
were talking about a reliable turbo that can be picked up for 200-400 bucks, a gt28 is going to be about 900 dollars, and t25s and 28s usually run 300-600 and the mitshs can handle more boost and put down more power.

all im looking for is a turbine with decent spool time (i know dual abll is the best route for this but not spending a grand on jsut turbine) and something that should just bolt on without any or much fab. if anything i can buy slim fans and smaller radiator if i have to but when its not creating that much boost shouldnt be that big but w/e. also if i end up buy CAvics manifold ill need a t3 footing

not even, my td04 spools at 2100 a gt28 would never spool that early. if you get a t3 then a t28 or gt28 will be out of the question because they are t2 or t25 flange, and its not worth it to spend the money to buy a larger housing. if your getting a t3 just get a td04 16t or 15g from a volvo. they are small and innexpensive turbos with great spool time
