you probably could but you'll need to buy new rotors, calipers, bearings, hub which in the end prob costs almost as much as the full conversion that already has everything

UPDATE: I'm finally 5 lug driving it was a mission to find 32mm spindles but I finally found them and used all my type s brake hardware...and as people said it all bolts on...so what's next is i'm in the need of 05-06 ball joints as my LCA came from a 06 rsx.

no the fronts you can reuse the rears can be any newer rear disc honda. mines came with my swap so and they are oem but if you want used any junk yard, new any honda, acura dealer or any where that sells them oem style. make sure to get E-BRAKE CABLES if you do not have any as drum cables do not work.

random late update but thanks mindbomber for the link.. i actually bought them.. my 5 lug is complete and installed
some things i learnt through the process - EP3 e-brake cables were 1-2 inches too short with proper mounting points... yes i suppose you can hack your own points to make it work but i decided to get 1.7 EL ones and works perfect - a ball joint in my pass knuckle was messed up so had to get replaced - 17x6.5 with 55 offset... 55 offset with these specs is too high, your rear wheels will rub the rear trailing arms slightly - no lca for the front or rear needed - removing the 4 lug from the car with the lca and rear trailing arms is much easier than just doing the knuckles themselves (especially in my case due to rusty as shit from canadian winter) -remember to buy lugs! lol

I'm using ep3 rear trailing arms and lca that came with my swap.. It was easier to remove the suspension as a whole like that than trying to get at the bolts on the knuckles .. Also I wire brushed the crap out of the ep3 ones and painted them with rust paint so they looked brand new and thought itd be nice to slap on
Front ep3 lca don't fit 100% so I decided to reuse the em2 ones .. It was still easier to remove the fronts from the lca instead of just hacking at the knuckle bolts while it's still on the car
