Hey guys I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post in here but it wouldn't let me post in the "don't know where to post" section of this forum so I thought I would put it here. I was just wondering when ride of the month was coming back I know they said they would announce when its back on but it hasn't been here since January what's going on?

No worries, I'm still waiting on some sponsors to see if we can get any small prizes for future ROTM contests. There's not enough interest of having the ride of the month without any prizes and that's why it's been on hold and discontinued until further notice.

Why does there need to be prizes? A write up on the owner and car should be suffice. Maybe a feww sticker or somthing.

I wasn't a member when rotm was going on but don't they get a picture of their car on the 7thgenhonda.com home page? If that's true, I think people would submit pics to compete for that.

that's what i was thinking i know my car wouldn't be a good competitor right now but i would still like to look at all of the competitors vehicles and still vote just for fun.

Yeah, I agree. There needs to be a better way to vote than to just comment though. Maybe if it was done in poll format instead it would be a lot more organized.

Ya I wasn't sure how it was ran but to me doing a poll is the best possible way. It's kind of unfortunate that not enough people are interested though

If it was started up for summer I think there would be more participation. Not many people can do a lot to their car during school or the winter months but when summer comes around it's a lot easier to find time and good weather to work on a car.
