Default Front Door Speakers

Hey Guys, So im a total noob when it comes down to audio and im looking to upgrade my front door speakers with some new ones. I know the size for the front doors are 6.5 and I looked at some DIYs and I dont understand the part where the back of the speaker has to be a certain length so it does hit the window when its rolled down. So Im super confused on which one to get and if its going to fit or not. Can anyone tell me the ones that would fit in our cars? btw I have a 05 Coupe. Thanks

either find some slim speakers, or buy the adapters that will push the magnet out more so that its not in the way of the window.

Most speakers should fit. Just make sure they do not have a huge magnet on the back.

Thanks man, I'll give him a call, I was also looking for a paging alarm too and noticed they carry it so I'm going to buy that from them too.

gotta agree with this, one of the best sites to get stuff i think. the master sheet always comes in handy plus their tech support is on point. should definitely look into them.

I have pioneer in mine with "custom" made plywood spacer , you can use mdf to... If you are able to use a jig saw , just do it .. Took me 5 minutes
