Auto Armor.... Meh.

Ok, so when I bought my car last month, I shelled out for the undercarriage rust proofing and a coat of Auto Armor.
When I bought the car, the paint was so smooth and shiny that it made me cry a little. Now, thanks to the Auto Armor, it looks thick and rippled with light surface scratches everywhere. (Is rippled a word?) Anyway, after sending the car back twice and demanding they do better, this is the best I get. So my question is, since this crap can't be removed, can it be buffed smoother? Maybe buffed to the point that it's so thin that it's almost non-existant? Or was I screwed once it hardened? Does anyone have experience with this stuff?

A protective clear outer shell that's sprayed on. I think I remember hearing it's polyurethane based? Basically, it's supposed to protect the paint and from what they said, meant I'd never have to wax the car as long as I have it. Once it's sprayed on, it hardens and nothing's supposed to be able to penetrate it.

covering the whole car? i know of somthing similar used as a type of spray on bug bra, but there not supposed to cover the car in it. i know that stuff is tuff and hard to get perfect, but it can be removed

idk, seems like a body shop or detail place might be able to fix it with a hi speed buffer.
